What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
To avail COD, please follow these instruction.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Your order should be delivered within:
• 2 to 4 days for Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.
• 6 to 7 days for other cities
What should I do if I have missed my delivery?
Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel Kindly ensure that the address, state and city while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled.

Exchange & Return

How do I exchange/return my order ? Or Can I exchange/ return/ refund my purchased items?
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy, and refunds will be issued in the form of coupons of the same value.
